I’ve worked as a designer (web, interaction) for many years. A few years ago, I decided to return to grad school for my MA in New Media.

I am graduate of the Media Lab at TAIK (now Aalto University) in Helsinki, Finland. Aalto University is created through a merger of the top universities in Finland, including: The Helsinki School of Economics, The University of Art and Design Helsinki, and the Helsinki University of Technology.

My minor subject studies were in the International Design Business Management Program (IDBM), a joint teaching and research program that brings together experts in different fields within the concept of design business management and innovative product design. The program has been listed in the top 30 of the best design programs in the world by Business Week. Moreover, IDBM has been cited as one the top Program to Watch.

I also have BA from Emerson College in Writing, Literature, and Publishing.

Currently, I’m interested in innovation, co-design, design anthropology and helping companies improve their user experience. I create wireframes and user journeys using Sketch, OmniGraffle, Illustrator and InVision.
