American Express is a global services company that provides customers with access to products, insights and experiences that enrich lives and build business success.
The American Express online statement, as well as the bill pay experience, had not been redesigned for several years. The team I worked on was tasked with re-doing both to simplify the journey and to give users the data they needed to make informed decisions.
My role was to create wireframes that we used a basis for the design, and for rapid testing and feedback from real users.
